About Us
Dr. Shilpi Pradhan is a board-certified Ophthalmologist, board-certified Lifestyle Medicine doctor, solo practice owner of Eye Doctor MD PC, a mom of four children including self-published authors Shreya Pradhan and Ankit Pradhan, married to her physician husband, Dr. Kumar Abhishek (who is a constant supporter).
She and her husband are also a philanthropist, donating monthly to the local food bank. They established and funded the Twin Angels Abhishek Pradhan Endowed Scholarship Fund at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine has been given out annually since 2017 to deserving medical students.
She is passionate about learning and sharing her personal finance and real estate knowledge. She and her husband have been investing passively in real estate since 2018 in syndications and actively owning multiple rental properties since 2021.
Dr. Pradhan started AP Legacy Investments, LLC in 2022 to help bring knowledge and passive and active investment opportunities to you, physicians, and busy professionals.
