Dr. Pradhan has added the OptiPlus (in November 2024) and the OptiLift (in November 2025) to our cutting-edge technology to help patients with dry eye disease and for aesthetics to help you look your best with lifted eyelids.
The OptiPlus is a radiofrequency machine which helps the meibomian oil glands flow better (especially when combined with Intense Pulsed Light – IPL) and it also helps tighten aging skin.
The OptiLift is Dynamic Muscle Stimulation technology desiged to help dry eye by improving lower lid laxity and poor blink including from causes like Bell’s palsy and chronic computer fatigue syndrome as well as mild floppy eyelid syndrome from eye rubbing.
Both devices are able to be used in all skin types!
The contraindications to both include metal in the area of treatment or implantable electronic devices like pacemakers or defibrillators as well as Botox to around the eye area within the last 3-4 months. The treatments are not covered by insurance and are self-pay.
